Official Rules for Sendy Shades Giveaways

Sponsor

All giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, promotional drawings, and promotional offers conducted by Sendy Shades ("Sponsor") are sponsored and administered by Sendy Shades.

Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in a specific giveaway announcement, promotions are open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to establish additional eligibility requirements for specific promotions, which will be disclosed in the applicable giveaway announcement.

Entry Period

Each giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the applicable giveaway announcement, social media post, advertisement, email, landing page, or other promotional material ("Entry Period"). Entries received after the stated Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the applicable giveaway announcement. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise invalid entries.

Grand Prize

The grand prize for each giveaway will be described in the applicable giveaway announcement. Prize descriptions, approximate retail values, quantities, and any applicable restrictions will be disclosed in the giveaway announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion or where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection

The giveaway will close on the date specified in the applicable giveaway announcement or caption. After the Entry Period ends, one (1) or more grand-prize winners will be selected from eligible entries using the method described in the applicable giveaway announcement. Unless otherwise stated, grand-prize winners will be selected at random.

Potential grand-prize winners may be contacted through Instagram direct message, email, phone, or another reasonable method selected by Sponsor. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, fails to comply with these rules, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Exclusive Participant Offers & Promotional Discounts

In addition to the grand prize giveaway, Sponsor may choose to extend an exclusive participant offer or other promotional incentives (such as coupon codes, $0 plus shipping offers, or bundled deals) to some or all eligible entrants.

• These promotional offers are extended to participants as a thank-you for their entry, are entirely separate from the grand-prize sweepstakes drawing, and do not constitute a "win," selection, or secondary prize tier.

• Receiving or redeeming an Exclusive Participant Offer does not affect an entrant's odds of winning the grand prize.

• Certain promotional offers may provide participants with the opportunity to receive one or more products at no product charge, subject to the participant paying the verified, applicable shipping, handling, or disclosure fees. All such shipping and handling charges will be clearly disclosed before a participant completes the transaction.

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue these supplementary promotional offers at its sole discretion.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, social media username, city, state, likeness, submitted content, and winner status for advertising, marketing, promotional, and announcement purposes without additional compensation.

Release of Instagram and Other Platforms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless such platforms from any responsibility, liability, claim, or damage arising from participation in the promotion.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a giveaway or promotion only in the event that fraud, technical failures, severe platform glitches, unauthorized human intervention, legal/regulatory requirements, acts of God, or any other critical factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper integrity of the promotion.

In the event of such a cancellation or termination, Sponsor will, to the extent feasible and legally permissible, award the advertised grand prize via a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, or as otherwise required by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, provides false information, uses automated entry methods, or attempts to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the giveaway.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, interrupted, or undeliverable entries, messages, notifications, communications, or transactions resulting from technical, human, platform, or network-related issues.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with a giveaway may be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Acceptance of Rules

By participating in any giveaway conducted by Sponsor, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
